About Our Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to support our growth and development in Brazil. This Role: You will work with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns, coordinate media and influencer activities, and ensure consistent messaging as we expand in the food delivery market. Media & KOL Coordination: Assist in organizing interviews, press briefings, and influencer partnerships to secure positive coverage and amplify brand visibility. Campaign Support: Help execute consumer-focused communications initiatives (e.g., press releases, product launches, events) to boost brand awareness and favorability. Agency Collaboration: Work with PR agencies to track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with messaging. Cross-functional Execution: Partner with Marketing, Social Media, and Government Affairs to implement integrated campaigns across all channels. Crisis Support: Monitor media sentiment and assist in drafting responses to mitigate reputational risks. Content & Reporting: Prepare media kits, track coverage, and generate reports on campaign performance (e.g., reach, tonality, share of voice). Requirements: Experience in consumer PR or communications experience, preferably in tech, food delivery, or related industries. Proven ability to coordinate with journalists, KOLs, and agencies (traditional + social media). Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage deadlines and stakeholders. Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). Familiarity with food/beverage or delivery sectors is a plus. Key Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and project management skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English is essential.
