IT Project Manager
to join our growing delivery team in

What You'll Be Doing
Manage cross-functional project teams;
Coordinate and control team activities, including technical implementation tasks, process reengineering, and organizational change activities to achieve desired results;
Prepare project execution plans and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, meet technical requirements, and achieve business objectives. Manage budget and schedule;
Select, develop and leverage appropriate technical and business resources needed for successful project execution;
Align the project team around the project's visions, strategy, goals, methodology and business objectives;
Manage project resources and external stakeholders such as subcontractors and service suppliers;
Lead regular project reviews with external and internal stakeholders, including senior IT and business leaders;
Coordinate and maintain program communications;
Ensure project results are of the highest caliber, meeting technical and behavioral objectives, business case targets, and planned value;
What We Are Looking For
Projects Manager with +7 years of experience as IT Project Manager;
Experience leading functional and technical teams to deliver IT solutions;
Experience leading projects as a service provider;
Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of work experience in IT Project management plus applicable schooling/certifications;
Proficiency in English is mandatory

What Would Be a Plus
Project Management certifications;
Experience in managing projects in Retail context and/or experience with Oracle Retail suite of applications;
