**Responsibilities**
**What will you work on**:
- Develop and enhance the work of the operational team in achieving the best results (MFR, TE, RECON), ensuring safety and delivering a quality product to the customer. To be a facilitator in the dissemination and implementation of the company's transformation model (MOTOR +) in the plant
- Ensure compliance with the service level of service to the production plan (MFR)
- Ensure compliance with the planned production volume. Enhance productivity for the plant through the conduction of LSS improvement work and methodological support to the other Kaizen Leaders in the area. Deliver plant performance (TE)
- Acting strongly to reach the consumer's claim goal of the plant and strengthen the quality culture. Comply with the requirements outlined in the Food Safety and Quality Policy and have the responsibility and authority to communicate matters related to Food Safety. Reduce waste of natural resources (RECON): water and energy. Support and support the implementation and maintenance of all Engine +- Acting as a change agent and multiplier of management concepts, as well as seeking solutions that continuously improve production processes;Manage and ensure results of direct and indirect frontline organizational health. Comply with all Environmental, Health and Safety (SASS) standards, programs and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE - Individual Protection Equipment and also comply with all GMP standards and programs
**Qualifications**
**Who are we looking for?**
- Training / Course: Administration, Economics, Engineering. - Training: BVB (Welcome to Bordo), BPS (Good Safety Practices), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SGQSA Training: According to REG-SN-REC-RH-0007 - SGQSA training program. Training related to Safety, Health and Environment, are described in the document FOR-CORP-MASS-0008 Training Calendar. - Experience: good experience in management of third party contracts or production, except in cases of internal development.
