Job Title: Program Manager Job Description As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison between external customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams. You will need to understand customer requirements deeply to ensure solutions are aligned and issues are escalated/resolved promptly. You will plan and deliver complex automotive programs, particularly in the area of intelligent cockpit systems (e.g., infotainment, connectivity, user interfaces). This will involve owning standalone project workstreams while coordinating seamlessly within the broader organization. To succeed in this role, you must balance technical acumen with strategic decision-making to meet critical milestones. You will navigate the challenges of large-scale, cross-border projects involving multiple functional groups (software, hardware, and external suppliers). You will define tactical approaches to maintain deliverables and timelines, motivating global teams to meet or exceed objectives. Additionally, you will establish and track key metrics to measure program success, reporting progress to senior leadership and customers. Ultimately, your goal will be to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and risk mitigation. You will also foster collaboration across engineering, product development, and cross-functional teams. Finally, you will demonstrate strong leadership by managing through influence, empowering teams, and balancing deadlines with team well-being.
