**About the team**:
Our software architects are problem solvers by nature, figuring out how to solve business or technical problems creatively using technology and hence have a strong understanding of the broad range of software technologies and platforms available.
They can understand business and technical requirements and determine everything from system design choices to technical standards, such as platforms and coding standards. They are smart, good listeners, not afraid to take risks, not afraid to be "wrong" and are always seeking to learn. At last, they are also team players, willing to
collaborate, interacting with cross teams and working with them to make the best decisions for the product.
**What you will do**:
- Coordinate with product teams and to analyze their functional and non-functional requirements and create high-level product specifications and design documents both for internal and external consumption;
- Interact with the various technical and operations teams to validate and propose cross area solutions;
- Oversee and work closely with other members of a development team such as engineers guiding and assisting throughout the development process;
- Jump in and help with coding and prototyping to facilitate and accelerate product design, development and release, whenever necessary;
- Help with system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues with coding or design;
- Help the company to continuously improve our development processes;
- Provide training to engineers in organization for various software systems.
**Who you are**:
- Extensive experience in software development, providing full stack solutions;
- Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools, languages and development platforms. Java is a must;
- Highly analytical mindset with an ability to see both the big picture and the details;
- Outstanding business analyst skills;
- Advanced/Fluent English. You should be able to join and organize frequent calls and meetings with native English speakers where you should be able to understand AND speak;
- Good presentation and documentation skills;
- Understanding of payment/financial systems or integrations;
- Participated in international projects
