Job Description

  • Design, implement and support various HR programs, processes, and policies for the account and partner with managers & associates to meet business goals;
  • Build vertical/account level HR solutions and ensure rollout as per plan;
  • Work closely with Business Leaders, Delivery Head, and HR team to drive people processes like G&Os, performance management, progression, IJPs, etc.;
  • Drive attrition discussions with business, work with them to facilitate reversals, and ensure attrition levels are within targets;
  • Increase career focus within the unit through career interventions and tools like Career Hub, IDP, and role-based assessment;
  • Facilitate and drive leadership connect through 1-on-1s, round tables, and skip levels. Work with managers to circle back actions taken on the feedback;
  • Implement key HR processes and HR initiatives at the account and business unit level;
  • Contribute as an evangelist to our 5 Habits and SOW, promote PSH workshops, and increase awareness;
  • Facilitate employee engagement processes across locations;
  • Manage quarterly rewards & recognition program in the unit;
  • Enhance managerial effectiveness through Manager Excellence Frameworks and facilitate career developmental plans;
  • Manage employee conflict, issues, and grievances and act as an associate facilitator;
  • Act in the exit process, capturing the main leave reasons (in case of voluntary attrition) and have the ability to revert;
  • Support resiliency counselors to drive emotional and physical well-being;
  • Flexible working model (3 days a week in the office).

Desired Profile

  • Previous experience as HRBP;
  • Experience in technology environments (differential);
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Higher Education Degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or similar;
  • Fluent English (mandatory); desirable Spanish;
  • Hands-on;
  • Experience with relationship and communication skills for all levels of the organization;
  • Work as a team with enthusiasm and strong motivation to create a positive work environment;
  • Strong focus on internal and external customer service;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - results orientation.
