Uphold high standards through rigorous code reviews and comprehensive unit testing. Automate processes and develop tools to enhance engineering efficiency. Define and refine engineering processes for successful product launches. Conduct technical interviews to contribute to team growth. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Node development.
