Your new role

  1. Design creative proposals for the communication and branding of local original content, ensuring proper alignment with content strategy.
  2. Manage the creative team (producers and designers) in developing 360-degree umbrella concepts aligned with each content's strategy, ensuring effective translation into various graphic and audiovisual implementations.
  3. Ensure proper implementation of workflows to meet delivery deadlines, fostering synergies with service areas and stakeholders.
  4. Lead the team of producers and designers with a vision of development, growth, and continuous improvement, strengthening technical and creative capabilities.
  5. Build synergies with communication and production teams to ensure the proper development and delivery of communication assets.

Your role accountabilities:

  1. Research content in development and production by reading, viewing, and analyzing.
  2. Create effective presentations of the team's creative proposals.
  3. Align with stakeholders: Operations, Production, Brand Strategy, Marketing, PR, and Social Media.
  4. Manage the creative team, assign projects, and set objectives for team growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Proficiency in English (advanced level)
  3. Knowledge of graphic and audiovisual production and post-production processes
  4. Knowledge of marketing and communication
