**I. Objectives:
- Identify, research, communicate and schedule meetings with key prospects of the mobile app
ecosystem
- Prospect and find the crucial decision makers in the Big Shark clients
- Represent Entravision Interactive externally in events with focus in build a solid brand and be our
product and service ambassador
**II. Responsibilities**:
- Identify: The key to a successful sales strategy is to know 'Who' you're looking for.
- Research: Researching potential prospects before you first contact can make a world of difference
between a deal or a bust. By understanding the background of a company and the person you're trying
to speak to, you can better frame a conversation.
- Communicate: And just like no two prospects are the same, no two prospects' interactions with you
should be the same. Build the perfect bespoke communication flow to deliver the correct message to
the correct person.
- Schedule: Organize meetings with prospective clients, frequent trips to attend local events and visit
current clients.
- Track and manage advertisers' pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals;
- Represent Entravision Interactive externally
**III. Performance Indicators**:
- Number of companies contacted. KPI based on pipeline
- Scheduled meetings. 10 meetings a week
- Develop "Company Background" and "Tailored Communication flow" processes
**V. Skills**:
- Minimum +2 years of experience in Mobile advertising (social, programmatic ecosystem).
- Experience in a Sales or Business Development position within the Mobile Advertising Industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English is a MUST. Another language such as German, Spanish, or Turkish will be a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, target driven sales environment with evidence of consistent and current success.
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce would be a plus).
- Performance-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a multicultural team.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Motivated and quick learner able to adapt to new technology, software, and responsibilities.
