**A Hybrid working model**
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. **What does a Digital Technology Director do at Hogarth?**
Our Technology Director will provide strategic leadership in the technology area, with extensive knowledge of the Business Analysis, Architecture, Development and Software Quality disciplines. Professional with strategic vision, negotiation and influence skills, with strong leadership and team development skills. The professional must have an open mindset for new technologies and businesses, and a constant search for knowledge. The environment is very dynamic, so the professional must feel good and be able to develop high performance working under pressure and very short deadlines, knowing how to think and act in a lean, fast, interactive and incremental way.
**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**
This role reports to Manager Director.
You will work closely with Digital Director, Software Engineer Manager, Solution Architect Manager and Technology Manager.
**Requirements**:
A bachelor's degree in programming, computer science, computer engineering, or another related field with advanced course experience in computer programming, and software development or MBA or an MS in information technology.
Several years' experience working with multiple programming languages, CMS technology and Adobe Ecosystem
