The Allianz Partners Security Operations team is a global team responsible for cyber defence and investigations within Allianz partners. This role supports the security operations team by assisting with the establishment, development and performing of day-to-day cyber security operations. This will be achieved by participating in projects defined in the security road map, developing processes and procedures and performing day-to-day activities including investigations, incident responses, research and development. What you do Evaluating, recommending, developing, monitoring and maintaining IT security policies, procedures and systems Identifying security risks and exposures, developing mitigation strategies to prevent future incidents and improving security Ensuring that IT security architecture, controls, processes, policies and procedures are aligned with IT security standards and requirements for data protection, business continuity, IT service continuity and disaster recovery Actively perform problem identification and resolution activities (CSIRT), perform cyber security operation activities (non‑incident) such as forensic investigations, pentests and support cyber related project What you bring Higher education degree in IT or comparable technical education Expertise in business continuity management (BCM), IT risk and IT security management Relevant work experience in information security, security policies, security systems and governance Understanding the security architecture and technical platforms Tools knowledge – Burpsuite, Metasploit, Autopsy, Sleuth Kit, Volatility, Wireshark, dd, Splunk, Arcsight Qualys Guard, Bash Scripting, Python, Splunk – Create Queries, Kali Linux, SIFT Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information Role model character with talent to drive new ideas and take new perspectives to challenge existing solutions What we offer We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in‑person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad.
