This role requires strong project execution, risk management, and client relationship-building to **drive measurable results**. You will be responsible for ensuring project success by meeting **key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and process efficiency**.**Key Performance Responsibilities**:- ** Project Planning & Execution** Lead at least **five concurrent projects**, ensuring **95%+ on-time completion within budget** while maintaining quality standards.- ** Cross-Functional Coordination** Manage collaboration with internal teams (Data Analysts, Engineers, Sales) to ensure seamless execution and **zero workflow bottlenecks**.- ** Client Relationship Management** Act as the **primary contact for clients**, ensuring at least **90%+ client satisfaction** through proactive communication and issue resolution.- ** Stakeholder Communication** Conduct **weekly project status meetings** with clients, providing clear updates and reducing escalations by **25%**.- ** Risk & Change Management** Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring **zero critical project failures** and 100% adherence to scope changes.- ** Process Optimization** Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to **reduce project turnaround times by at least 15%**.- ** Performance Monitoring & Reporting** Track project performance metrics, maintain **100% accurate documentation** and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.- ** Budget & Resource Management** Optimize resource allocation to **maximize efficiency and reduce costs by at least 10%** per project.- ** Client Success & Retention** Develop strategies to improve customer retention, contributing to a **minimum of 90% repeat business** from existing clients.- ** Post-Project Evaluation** Conduct project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement best practices, improving future project success rates by **at least 20%**.**Software/Platforms/Tools**:- ** Project Management**: Asana, Jira, Trello- ** Communication & Collaboration**: Google Suite, Slack, Zoom- ** Data & Reporting**: Microsoft Office Suite, data analytics platforms (a plus)**Qualifications**:- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience, ideally in project management within a B2B startup or marketing agency.- Strong ability to **manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining key performance targets**.- Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management best practices.- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a track record of **delivering measurable improvements**.- Strong verbal and written English communication skills for client and team interactions.- Experience in risk management, stakeholder coordination, and customer success strategies.- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is a plus.- Proven ability to analyze project performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency.**Shift Schedule**:- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
