Job Title : Operational Facility Manager A leading technology enterprise's operational environment in the Americas relies on the efficient, stable, and secure operation of its infrastructure. Our team is committed to ensuring that our facilities meet these requirements. The Operational Facility Manager plays a vital role in maintaining the physical support systems within our large‑scale operational environment. This includes electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression systems, which are critical components of our infrastructure strategy. The Facility Manager is responsible for developing and implementing facility operation strategies, procedures, and emergency plans. They ensure that facility operations comply with internal standards and external regulations. The key responsibilities of this role include : Developing and implementing facility operation strategies and procedures to ensure efficient, stable, and compliant operation of critical physical support systems. Managing facility‑related vendors and service providers to ensure service quality and compliance with service level agreements. Leading or participating in root cause analysis for facility incidents and developing corrective actions. Collaborating closely with internal cross‑functional teams to ensure facility operations effectively support overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Automation, or a related engineering discipline. They will also have over 8 years of experience in large‑scale facility operation and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a management role. The candidate should be familiar with operational principles, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical physical support systems. Additionally, they should possess strong communication and coordination skills, problem‑solving abilities, and risk management awareness.
