Requirements

  • Working hours from 9 am to 6 pm ET, with occasional later work and flexible start times.

Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business operations, technical program and project management supporting product teams.
  • Ability to adapt and drive change across disciplines.
  • Experience in program management: overseeing project planning, scheduling, identifying bottlenecks, and risk mitigation.
  • Defining and maintaining roadmaps, KPIs, and mechanisms for QE teams.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Managing complex projects, leading technical discussions, focusing on results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, confident leading discussions independently.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, Miro, Confluence, and Sheets.

Job responsibilities: Coordination and acting as POC for interdisciplinary teams, requiring very good English skills.
