Develop strategic plans and track key performance indicators. Maintain efficient operational processes and adhere to best practices. Deliver consistent performance reports and insights to senior leadership. Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to strengthen the team. Promote self-sourced leads and work them as a seller in parallel (commission-based when deals close).
