With rapid expansion in Latin America, we are establishing operations in Brazil and are seeking a Social Media Manager to build our digital voice, engage the community, and position RedotPay as an innovation leader in the Brazilian market.

Objectives

As Social Media Manager, you\'ll be the driving force behind our digital presence in Brazil. Your mission is to create impactful strategies, produce viral content, and build an active community around RedotPay, driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and loyalty within the crypto ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute multiplatform content plans (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, TikTok, YouTube) tailored to the Brazilian audience.
  • Content Creation: Produce innovative content (videos, reels, infographics, tutorials) about cryptocurrencies, digital payments, and RedotPay benefits.
  • Community Management: Moderate channels, respond to comments, identify influencers, and foster relevant discussions.
  • Trends & Innovation: Anticipate viral trends in the Brazilian market and propose bold initiatives (e.g., partnerships with creators, interactive challenges).
Requirements and Qualifications Experience
  • 3+ years in social media management for fintech, cryptocurrency, technology, or financial services brands.
  • Portfolio of successful organic and paid growth cases in Brazil.
Technical Knowledge
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools.
  • Solid knowledge of crypto and stablecoins (essential).
Skills
  • Keen creativity to transform complex topics into accessible and viral content.
  • Excellent writing skills in Portuguese and fluent English (for global coordination).
  • Familiarity with SEO and paid traffic management.
  • Proactive in proposing and testing new ideas, passion for digital culture, and adaptability to scale-up environments.
