THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Tax Planning Senior Manager to our Tax & Finance team in Brazil
The Tax Planning Senior Manager is responsible for leading tax planning initiatives, managing special tax projects, and ensuring compliance with global and local tax regulations. This role requires expertise in corporate tax strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transfer pricing, and cross-border tax structuring. The Senior Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to optimize the company's tax position while mitigating risks. Additionally, this role plays a critical part in protecting the company's business model by ensuring tax strategies align with operational and strategic goals and enhancing awareness of the business model across the organization.
YOUR IMPACT
- Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to support business growth and financial objectives.
- Provide tax advice on corporate transactions, including M&A, restructurings, and investments.
- Support cross-functional programs across the company to ensure tax efficiency.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and assess the impact of tax law changes.
- Oversee tax-related projects, including new products and tax restructurings.
- Ensure tax policies and strategies support integrity and sustainability of the business model.
- Partner with Finance, Legal and leadership teams to align tax planning with overall corporate strategy, ensuring key stakeholders understand the tax impact on business operations.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Taxation, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of tax experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax laws, transfer pricing, and M&A.
- Experience with tax technology solutions and data analytics is a plus.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
