Elanco's promise to employees: Together, we foster an inclusive culture where everyone can make a difference, encouraging ownership, growth and well-being.****Responsibilities**:- Follow the Billing and Shipping of all export processes.- Relationship with customer/Affiliate and EEM to align the orders delivery or adjustments.- Coordinate meetings for orders update for export and/or import processes.- Responsible for analyses and report the metrics (OTIF and SOTD).- Follow the import processes with the suppliers and services providers until warehouse delivered.- Relationship with service providers: freight forwarders, customs broker, warehouse. Manage the KPI and performance evaluation.- Participate in cross functional or regional projects.- Focal point for export or import process topics.- High interaction with other support areas: Accounting, Tax, EEM, Regulatory, Quality.Key technical responsibilities- Know and understand the policies and procedures of export and import.- Understand the Supply Chain processes- Knowledge in tax area, issue nota fiscal (inbound and outbound) if necessary.- Responsible to create, change or maintain the SO (in case of export) / PO (for import processes, just change and maintain).- Create manual SO when applicable.- Responsible for maintaining the open SO or PO, internal controls, costs controls updated.- Conference of documents accordingly trade compliance and government requirements for export/import to follow with customs broker.- Responsible to send the documents for treasure department for international payments.- Manage and organize the service invoices to send for payment.- Inventory management.- Communicate clearly to key stakeholders any changes in product availability or delivery timing, for import and export processes.**Qualifications**:Experience in Export/Import and International Trade.1+ years experience in Supply Chain or International Trade.1+ year experience in the Pharmaceutical, Veterinary or Consumer Goods industry.Customer service focus, proven record of success in resolving conflicts and problem solving.Effectively collaborates cross-functionally (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Marketing, Sales), at the leadership and broader team level.Excellent communicator; ability to influence broadly.**Skills**:Demonstrated learning agilityNegotiation skills and expertiseAbility to develop supply chain strategiesKnowledge of accounting and financial controls**Other Information**:Language skills: English, Spanish.**Work shift**:Full timeElanco is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status
