**ROLE PROFILE**
The professional will be part of SBM's Foreign Trade/International Logistics structure, meeting the Import and Export demands of FPSOs and their parts and pieces, in addition to controlling materials in Repetro and other Customs Regimes. This position will be responsible for actively monitoring shipments from the creation of the order to the availability of the material to the end customer, with support from Purchasing and Expeditors; monitor availability of materials with the Freight forwarder team, follow up on the logistics flow, monitor the translation and classification process and all customs steps. Is going to be responsible for ensuring compliance with customs rules, Compliance and policies of SBM, Federal Revenue and consenting bodies. He will manage the activities of cargo agents, customs brokers and must ensure service levels are met and in compliance with established deadlines and documentary quality. It will play a fundamental role in the interface, communication and focus on meeting the expectations of our internal customers.**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Monitor import requests, from availability at origins, shipping procedures and especially customs clearance;
- Monitor the operational activities of customs brokers and cargo agents;
- Control supplier performance and service level compliance, treating and directing actions to resolve deviations;
- Ensure compliance with Compliance rules and Customs Regulations;
- Act as a focal point in communication with internal and external customers;
- Support in the preparation of monthly reports and KPIs;
- Ensure teamwork;
- Promote creativity, ideas and projects for continuous improvement in the area;
- Define the best routes for international shipments, in order to meet the planning of FPSOs;
- Approve freight quotes and process costs, being accountable for the decisions made with the department and the FPSOs;
- Assist in the development of internal procedures;
- Carry out Repetro control internally and with the dispatcher, in addition to checking the current Regime of tools that need to be moved;
- Act in the DAC, Fictitious Export, Destruction and Beneficiary Transfer processes for materials temporarily admitted.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Previous experience with import and export processes
- Previous experience in O&G segment
- Experience with repetro
- Advanced English level
