The Role As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. Qualifications Required Technical and Professional Expertise Solid experience with installation, upgrades and maintenance to z/OS Operating System and multi-vendor ISV Products Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues on the Mainframe z/OS Operating System and multi-vendor Products Lead projects to Implement new solutions on the z/OS Operating System and ISV Products Good English communication skill to handle meetings with clients, partners and co-workers Bachelor's Degree Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Postgraduate Mainframe Modernization Mainframe Integration with Hyperscaler solutions Being You Diversity is a core value.
