Job Title: The Regional Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing payroll operations for multiple countries, including the US, Mexico, and smaller South American markets. This role works closely with local teams to provide employees with a compliant and timely payroll service, developing strong working relationships with HR, business stakeholders, and auditors to ensure smooth payroll processes. Main Responsibilities: Manage payroll relationships with local teams in the Americas Coordinate data flow to ensure accurate and on-time payrolls Perform payroll checks and controls, verifying each run for accuracy before final sign-off Act as employee contact point for post-payroll queries and provide excellent customer service Manage employee escalations by discussing with the Head of Global Payroll, HR, or local teams as necessary Maintain compliance for employer benefit reporting, including year-end reporting Support internal/external audit queries specific to countries in their area Collaborate with teams to improve payroll processes and efficiency Requirements: Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software Attention to detail and analytical skills Benefits: Competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
