Role Summary*
The Solutions Architect, Channel is responsible for all revenue generating processes for Managed Security Services through our strategic partners, namely Google. The Solutions Architect is responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of MSS revenue operations. is thorough and understanding of enterprise security, Managed Security Services, security incident event management (SIEM), network security, and MDR + EDR. In this position, the Solutions Architect should have strong communication skills to effectively connect with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level presentations, which are critical in the success of this position.
This dedicated leader will work effortlessly to ensure that they are focused and aligned with the company's growth targets. The Solutions Architect will be an experienced and efficient presenter that will work alongside Channel sales teams (e.g. Google Cloud Security sellers) to present, demonstrate, prepare pricing proposals for, and ultimately sell the EMDR & CNAP offerings built on Google Chronicle to end customers. They will have excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. The ideal individual will have a long history of building strong customer relationships, coupled with the market know-how to specify, strategize, and define opportunities.
In this multi-faceted role, the Solutions Architect will work closely alongside the partner's sales team and with prospects and customers to help them understand how to best leverage solutions to meet their security needs. The Solutions Architect will work with the entire HG + FTG global organization and closely with sales and product development to utilize your intuitive business sense and provide customer feedback for innovative managed services.

Responsibilities: *
- Work directly with prospects in pre-sales activities to fit CYDERES's market leading managed services capabilities
- Be a key part of the sales team to solve key business problems for customers
- Manage customer engagements, including requirements gathering, scoping, solution design/delivery, project management, and customer acceptance of deliverables.
- Travel to meet with customers and prospects (5% current, 25% future)
- Work to adapt sales and marketing material to support UKI and EMEA managed services practice
- Utilize the company's CRM platform to drive the sales processes and maximize communication.
- Attend and complete technology and sales training, and/or trade shows as required or requested.
- Experience working in a VAR or distribution channel experience will be a plus.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- BS in engineering or computer science preferred
- IT and/or security certifications, CISSP preferred
- Experience with EDR/MDR/XDR market and execution
- Experience with advanced security technologies and emerging cyber-security solutions
- Familiarity with the Google Cloud Security suite or similar offerings (e.g. Chronicle, Siemplify)
- Understanding and experience with the security methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Execution-oriented and possess the ability to drive decisions and satisfy customers.
- 4-5 years customer-facing technical sales role with success dealing with all levels of an organization.
- The desire to roll up the sleeves and contribute to providing unparalleled customer value within a world class organization.

- Language Skills: Advanced level and ability to clearly communicate written and spoken English

- Technical Experience is required in **one or more** of the following security domains: SIEM, EDR, DLP, OR IPS/ Next-gen Firewall
