Lead AI Engineering Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineering Manager to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of next-generation agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and system design. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable production-grade systems, designing serverless event-driven workflows, building and optimizing ML models, integrating agents with enterprise platforms, ensuring observability and reliability, and defining governance standards. Leadership responsibilities will involve mentoring junior engineers, driving cross-team collaboration, owning delivery timelines, and championing best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management. The role requires working closely with data scientists, product managers, enterprise architects, security teams, business stakeholders, and change management teams.
