Job Overview
Responsável por garantir o fluxo adequado de processos relacionados ao planejamento e gestão de materiais, assegurando a disponibilidade de insumos, a conformidade com políticas internas e o suporte aos times envolvidos na cadeia de suprimentos. Atuará na interface com fornecedores, áreas internas e demais stakeholders, conduzindo atividades de compras, controle de pedidos e resolução de pendências operacionais.
O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER

  • Planejar e controlar pedidos de compra (PR/PO) no sistema (SAP).
  • Manter comunicação com fornecedores e áreas internas para garantir o fluxo de materiais.
  • Monitorar entregas, acelerar pedidos críticos e resolver pendências de preços/faturas.
  • Conduzir processos de compras pontuais e pesquisas de mercado.
  • Apoiar negociações de contratos de menor complexidade.
  • Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs).
  • Assegurar conformidade com políticas corporativas.
REQUISITOS
  • Graduação completa em Administração, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em materiais, compras ou planejamento.
  • Conhecimento em SAP (desejável).
  • Inglês avançado para comunicação.
  • Excel e pacote Office avançado.
  • Boa comunicação, gestão de tempo e capacidade analítica;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar de forma híbrida em Bragança Paulista - SP
  • Graduação completa em Administração, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em materiais, compras ou planejamento.
  • Conhecimento em SAP (desejável).
  • Inglês avançado para comunicação.
  • Excel e pacote Office avançado.
  • Boa comunicação, gestão de tempo e capacidade analítica;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar de forma híbrida em Bragança Paulista - SP
