Applications will be received until: 25/01/2026 POSITION PURPOSE To manage and execute all procurement activities related to inland activities as transportation, Depot and others. This includes rigorous supplier selection and ensuring compliance with all internal policies MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Support strategic sourcing projects following IOP policy Determining supply needs and researching potential suppliers. Selecting qualified vendors and seeking alternative suppliers (when applicable) Support risk management assessment relating to supplier vulnerability, sourcing options, and material availability Project management Leading vendors negotiations (price, schedules, and terms & conditions) Evaluate and compare vendor quotes, bids and information and make a recommendation based on the findings. Support opportunity assessments and benchmarking to develop sourcing opportunities. Review and assist to resolve pricing, quantity and unit of measure issues to ensure payment within terms for all vendors Acting as a liaison and communicating pricing and performance needs to vendors and suppliers. Documenting the sourcing process for audit purposes. Contribute to the preparation of the annual IOP Procurement strategic plan. Commit to the execution of the IOP Procurement Strategic Plan.
