**MIMAR Society**:**We are always striving to attract and retain highly motivated and talented professionals.**:**Key Responsibilities**- **Module Development & Customization**: Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and features based on business needs.- **Database Management**: Manage and optimize Odoo databases, ensuring data integrity and security.- **Documentation**: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and systems.- **Testing**: Conduct thorough testing of modules to ensure functionality and compliance with requirements.- **Training**: Provide training and support to users on Odoo functionalities and best practices.**Qualifications**- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in Odoo development or similar ERP systems.- **Technical Skills**:- Proficiency in Python programming language.- Familiarity with the Odoo framework and its various modules.- Experience with PostgreSQL databases and SQL query optimization.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML for front-end customization.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- **Soft Skills**:- Strong problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent English language is a must.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.**Preferred Qualifications**- Odoo certification or relevant training.- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).- Familiarity with Docker and deployment tools.- Familiarity with React, React Native, Next.js is a plus
