**Key Responsibilities**
- **Module Development & Customization**: Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and features based on business needs.
- **Database Management**: Manage and optimize Odoo databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and systems.
- **Testing**: Conduct thorough testing of modules to ensure functionality and compliance with requirements.
- **Training**: Provide training and support to users on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in Odoo development or similar ERP systems.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Familiarity with the Odoo framework and its various modules.
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases and SQL query optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML for front-end customization.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English language is a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Odoo certification or relevant training.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Docker and deployment tools.
- Familiarity with React, React Native, Next.js is a plus
