Job Summary

This role will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide leadership to the development team, helping them make informed decisions and grow their skills.
  • Hands-On Development: Participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting to contribute to the development effort while maintaining a focus on architectural excellence.
  • Code Review: Review code to ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues in the product.
  • AWS Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of AWS services to design and implement cloud-based solutions.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for architectural designs, coding guidelines, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in software development, with a focus on Golang.
  • Expertise in AWS services and cloud-native development.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Advanced English.
