## Director, Consumer Experience, BrazilMondelez is hiring a senior leader to elevate our Consumer Experience strategy in Brazil, driving market share growth through integrated, creative, and data-driven brand journeys.This is a transformational and strategic role with direct impact on iconic brands like Lacta, Oreo, Trident, Club Social, Tang and more.- **Elevate Brazil’s CX and Media Strategy:** Lead the next evolution of Mondelez Brazil’s consumer experience by integrating omnichannel planning, retail media, and brand media to convert every consumer touchpoint. Focus on driving effectiveness and efficiency to move beyond volume growth and into market share leadership.1. +15 years of leadership in CX & Journey Strategy: Has led end-to-end CX strategies in complex organizations, integrating omnichannel planning, activation, and performance tracking.2. Experience in CPG companies, consultancies, tech platforms or global agencies.3. Fluent English for Global interaction and report.4. Media Expertise (Paid, Organic, Influencer, Retail Media): Proficient in orchestrating full media mix, understanding performance, ROI, and integration of POE.5. GenAI and Scalable Content Leadership: Experience driving GenAI content initiatives, ideally with partners like Accenture. Understands how to scale, train, and measure AI-generated creative.6. Strong Data and Martech Foundation: Led data-driven strategies (1st/3rd party), tagging, tracking, CRM, and digital campaign performance.7. Converter cada ponto de contato em performance, com foco em eficiência e eficácia, superando o foco em volume e impulsionando o ganho de share.* **Escalar Geração de Conteúdo e Personalização com GenAI em Todas as Marcas****:** Conduzir o uso estratégico de IA generativa, acelerando a criação de conteúdo e personalização de jornadas, para garantir ativos criativos de alta qualidade e impacto.* **Conectar Dados, Tecnologi****a e Estratégia para Tomadas de Decisão Mais Inteligentes** Garantir que todas as iniciativas de CX sejam orientadas por dados e estejam ligadas a KPIs comerciais. Usar dados de 1ª e 3ª parte para segmentação, performance e otimização de investimento, guiando decisões mais assertivas para as marcas e canais.* **Construir e Liderar uma Organização de CX Forte e Estratégica:** Atuar como arquiteto e influenciador, definindo direções e construindo 'capabilities'. Expertise em Mídia (Paga, Orgânica, Influenciadores, Retail Media): Consegue orquestrar o mix de mídia, com forte entendimento de performance, ROI e integração entre paid/owned/earned (POE).5. Domínio de GenAI e Conteúdo EscalávelJá liderou iniciativas com GenAI, tem entendimento de como treinar, escalar e medir impacto de conteúdo gerado por IA.6. Forte base em Dados e MarTech: Já estruturou ou liderou estratégias baseadas em dados (1st/3rd party), tagging, tracking, CRM e performance de campanhas digitais.7.
