Strategic Talent Development Lead

As a Strategic Talent Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's hiring strategy.

This position involves serving as a key liaison between our clients and stakeholders. It entails effective stakeholder management, operational insight, and leadership capabilities to drive business outcomes.

The following responsibilities will be at the core of your role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing recruitment services, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to offer consulting and recommendations that cater to their needs.
  • Oversee recruitment teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Influence team performance towards delivery goals and client satisfaction by leveraging your expertise and experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and development.
  • Proven track record of success in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, with a focus on client-facing or manager-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Native proficiency in Portuguese, fluency in English, and Spanish as an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
