And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.**We’re here to better our world with biology.****Roles & Responsibilities**Common Duties- Updation of trackers- Month/Year End close activities- Ensuring meeting SLA terms and Conditions at all times- Ensure all reports are collated and sent across ontime- Ensure compliance with policies and practices- Perform through quality assurance on documents to ensure consistency and quality is maintained throughout- Reduce dependence on Supervisors input- Participating in team events/initiatives- Performing the team building activitiesGlobal Accounts Receivable- Clearing incoming payments- Requesting payment advise from CF- Through follow up on the unapplied, partially applied and unidentified payments for a faster resolution- Handling/administration of Generic and process specific mailboxes- Inter-company payment clearings- AR monthly reporting, AR Reconciliation, AR Upload to SALSA.- Handling Rebates and commission- Reversal of incorrect entries/ upon the CF's request- Credit management ResponsibilitiesProactive involvement in the projects**Responsibilities**- Ensure all tasks are completed with good quality within the time stipulated against each of them- Ensure all mails on shared mailboxes and all other queries are answered within the time stipulated under the SLA or as agreed within the department- Ensure all tasks are continuously optimised/standardisedNovonesis is dedicated to fostering a unique community by embracing and respecting differences.
