5+ years of legal experience - License to practice law in Europe, US or other common law jurisdiction - Fluency in Portuguese and English required. Must have the ability to read and speak/communicate fluently in all required languages to be considered for this role.

Key job responsibilities - Supporting the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters;
- Structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions; an - Providing day-to-day advice in a wide range of legal areas, including digital media, consumer products, marketing, commercial contracts, privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, even in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
