Job Description :

• Develop solutions using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards to build dynamic, customer-centric applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Create technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to meet business needs, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions.
• Manage the deployment process using tools like Salesforce DX, change sets, or version control systems, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments.
• Create detailed documentation for developed solutions, including design documents, user guides, and maintenance instructions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Omni Studio solutions, ensuring they operate efficiently within Salesforce governor limits.
• Work closely with project managers, other developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and make recommendations for enhancements or new features.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team, contributing to the collective expertise and professional development of colleagues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, Omni Studio updates, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Ensure that all development work complies with company policies, industry standards, and Salesforce security guidelines.

Responsibilities Overview:

• Develop solutions using Omni Studio tools (OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Configure Salesforce with declarative tools; ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Develop code in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Integrate with external systems via Salesforce APIs and middleware.
• Plan and perform tests (unit, integration, UAT).
• Manage deployments (DX, change sets, version control).
• Document designs, user guides, and maintenance steps.
• Provide ongoing support and performance optimization.
• Monitor governor limits and optimize Omni Studio performance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Gather client feedback and recommend enhancements.
