Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Affiliate Executive to join our marketing team. This position will be instrumental in managing partnerships, executing affiliate marketing strategies, and driving growth within the online casino sector. With a focus on streamers and affiliates, this role will contribute significantly to our company's expansion in the competitive marketplace.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates and streamers, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and brand values.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and streamers with a focus on long-term partnerships in the iGaming industry.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns tailored to the online slots space.
- Run game roadmap calls with partners, ensuring clear communication of product releases, updates, and strategies.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of online slot games and the overall product landscape of online casino to better inform campaign strategies and partnership decisions
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate and streamer campaigns, ensuring efficient budget management and high return on investment.
- Monitor the performance of affiliate partnerships, producing detailed monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Develop bespoke campaigns to promote our online casino products, with a focus on targeting niche markets and expanding the brand's reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and product development goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the iGaming industry, particularly in the online slots product space, and use this knowledge to innovate affiliate strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, responsible gambling best practices and company policies in all affiliate-related activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners to enhance collaboration and drive mutual growth.
- Coordinate participation in industry events and conferences to promote the affiliate program and engage with key partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in affiliate marketing and partnership management, within the iGaming industry with a focus on online slots.
- Strong knowledge of product marketing in the slots sector and a deep understanding of the gaming audience across the regulated space.
- Experience managing streamers and affiliate networks, with a track record of driving successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in budget management, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and adjust strategies for improved results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms used in affiliate and performance marketing.
- Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
