Intermediate Business Analyst

We invite a proactive Business Analyst to join our team of professionals and work on development of a business platform for capital market professionals. Join a project in which an “innovative product” is not just loud words and help us develop a financial platform that uses blockchain to connect notarized data to digital tokens and aims to document and distribute financial instruments on a more standardized basis.

**Qualifications and experience**:
- 3+ years' experience as a BA/Product Manager
- Experience with creating product/feature roadmap
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to classify and arrange data in the most convenient way
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (Story Map, Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with bug tracking, collaboration and modeling tools
- Upper-Intermediate English skills (both written and spoken)
**Nice to have**:
- Experience with requirement preparation for 3rd-party integrations
- Expertise in fintech and blockchain domains (or the goal to become an expert in one)
- Technical background: understanding of SDLC, Git flow, infrastructure, data storage, and API communication principleas
**Key responsibilities**:
- Become the main point of communication with product stakeholders in terms of requirements and product functionality
- Elicit, analyze and convert business problems into feature requirements; present requirements to the team
- Assist stakeholders in priorities management for the features; engage changes requested by them
- Visualize workflows of the developed solution by means of Use Case and Activity diagrams (UML) or Process and Collaboration models (BPMN)
- Prepare UI wireframes and/or prototypes, assist designers in designing UI and UX
- Deliver a presentation on the implemented solution to the customer
