Marketing Visionary Pentasia is seeking a Marketing Visionary for an iGaming operator with a strong footprint across Latin America. This opportunity is with a company operating in over 12 markets, offering a modern platform featuring sports betting, casino games, and eSports, all optimized for mobile. The company focuses on responsible gaming, tech innovation, and market localization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and engagement in the local market. Oversee the execution of local campaigns and activations, ensuring impact on acquisition, engagement, and brand positioning in a highly competitive market. Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the online betting industry. Manage local marketing operations and optimize investment to maximize ROI. Identify growth opportunities and develop differential activations relevant to the local audience. Requirements: Graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or relevant fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing marketing operations for Brazilian markets in fully digital industries such as online betting, gaming, fintech, digital products or e-commerce. Solid knowledge of market analysis, consumer trends, and competitive benchmarking. Strong experience with performance campaigns, social media, CRM, and brand activations.
