Who We're Looking For We're looking for a Senior Software Architect / Platform Owner — a true all-around badass engineer who can understand complex systems end-to-end, take complete ownership of the platform, and execute on high-level initiatives.This person will serve as the right hand to leadership — someone who can see the big picture, make technical decisions with confidence, and roll up their sleeves to build, scale, and refine systems when needed.This is a senior-level hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and making things happen.Primary ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the client's core platform — architecture, codebase, and infrastructure.Design and drive system architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.Collaborate directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical execution.Identify weak points in the system and design robust solutions.Oversee and mentor development teams, ensuring consistent technical excellence.Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose innovative improvements.Be accountable for delivery, system reliability, and long-term technical direction. Some Must-Haves 8+ years of professional software development experience. Proven background as a Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or Architect on complex systems. Deep understanding of fullstack architecture (frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps fundamentals). Proficiency in modern JavaScript / TypeScript, React, , and AWS or Azure. Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to lead by example — hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Nice to Have Experience in system modernization, cloud architecture, or platform migrations. Familiarity with Python, Terraform, or GCP. Previous experience in leadership or advisory roles within fast-scaling companies. Where We're Looking For It : Brazil Open to 100% Fully Remote Other Information The work hours will be approximately 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it.
