**Transformation Project Manager for LATAM**
Scope: Full-time | Location: All Latam
**How a day to day would look like in this role**:
The Transformation Project Manager collaborates with LATAM leadership to align global and local strategies, defining change initiatives to optimize efficiency and financial performance. They oversee project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth strategy implementation. The role involves standardizing processes, facilitating workshops, and producing reports for senior management. Essential skills include proficiency in project management, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement. Fluency in Spanish and English, intermediary Portuguese knowledge, is required.
**Tasks**:
- Work with the LATAM leader and the regional leadership team on the definition of objectives and priorities for the region, considering and aligning the global strategy.
- Support in the definition of the region's change strategies and iniciatives to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency, including their KPIs.
- Work with stakeholders to define the scope, goals and deliverables of the initiatives by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing requests
- Collaborate with management to gather and analyze operational information.
- Undertake project/change planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success criteria, outcome and benefits definition, dependencies, risk management, communications & training) including escalating risks & issues as required.
- Create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
- Propose topics for regional communication (including proposed wording) & Coach managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication.
- Contribute to the creation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a successful implementation and follow-up.
- Closely monitor project progress, performance and quality, including evaluation and outcome and benefits realisation.
- Identify project obstacles, proactively mitigate risks and escalate and resolve issues effectively.
- Review, understand, adjust and document key processes, seeking to standardize them, aligning input from all necessary stakeholders.
- Support the adoption of the revised and adjusted processes throughout the region.
- Conceive, plan and facilitate/moderate meetings/workshops, training sessions with the leadership team and different levels and areas as required
- Contribute to the creation of the LATAM leadership team's Offsites agenda (including topic proposal, alignment with stakeholders).
- Produce & present written and oral reports/management information to Senior Management and other stakeholders as appropriate and document results of offsites or other strategy sessions.

**Skills**:
**Project and change Management Proficiency**
- Thorough understanding of project and change management principles
- Familiarity with both agile (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) and waterfall techniques, and adaptability to scale methodologies as per project requirements.
- Proficient in managing, mitigating and reviewing project risks & issues
- Experience of managing change in a complex organisation
- Experience of managing multiple projects at different stages, concurrently
**Communication & Leadership skills**
- Proficient in strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution.
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities, along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient interpersonal skills, relationship management, engagement, and negotiation with senior management and stakeholders.
- Consensus-building and at decision-making skills based on diverse variables and gaining support for significant initiatives.
- Experient in facilitating and leading onsite & remote workshops with stakeholders on all levels
- Capacity to write accurate, concise, and relevant reports for senior management.
- Self-motivated and energetic, capable of leading teams through change and effectively communicating across various organizational levels and functions.
- Demonstrates self-integrity, and a strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to achieve critical goals.

- Analytical skills to analyze complex problems and generate innovative solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility in workload prioritization.
- Methodical work approach with attention to detail, adept at planning, prioritization, meeting deadlines, and working autonomously.
**Tools knowledge**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision
- Knowledge of waterfall and agile project management tools like MS project, Asana, Jira, Trello
- Experience with digital remote collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Mural)
