Backend Architecture Specialist This role involves designing and implementing high-performance backend systems, leading collaborative efforts across functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment, and maintaining high engineering standards through rigorous code reviews and quality control measures. Designing and architecting scalable backend systems using best practices. Implementing and iterating features strategically while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence. Maintaining high-quality engineering standards through automated testing, code reviews, and analytics. Improving engineering productivity through automation, tool development, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Node development, knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, and cloud platforms. They should also possess advanced algorithm knowledge, IT infrastructure understanding, and intermediate agile methodologies management skills. Strong English language proficiency is required for effective communication and collaboration.
