**Requisitos**:
- Formação em direito ou relações internacionais;
- Desejável especialização na área ambiental, relações internacionais ou direito internacional;
- Inglês fluente;
- Desejável espanhol avançado;
- Experiência com projetos ambientais será um diferencial;
- Experiência com processos administrativos junto à órgãos ambientais ou regulatórios será um diferencial.
**Atividades**:
- Acompanhar as atividades gerais do time relacionadas ao tema de acesso ao patrimônio genético, conhecimento tradicional associado e repartição de benefícios - ABS, trazendo um olhar estratégico ou jurídico;
- Analisar o Protocolo de Nagóia e regras internas dos países que ratificaram o Protocolo;
- Coletar e sistematizar dados;
- Elaboração de defesas e comunicação com órgãos públicos, tais como MMA/CGen/IBAMA;
- Elaborar pesquisas jurídicas e pareceres de risco;
- Assessoria sobre o cumprimento de normas de ABS nacionais e internacionais;
- Acompanhamento estratégico em fiscalizações do IBAMA;
- Acompanhamento de processos de regularização no Ministério do Meio Ambiente e Mudança do Clima;
- Acompanhamento de processos e projetos de repartição de benefícios junto a comunidades tradicionais;
- Acompanhamento estratégico de reuniões governamentais e de associações setoriais;
- Acompanhamento de obtenção de Consentimento Prévio Indígena ? Interface direta com a área técnica e regulatória para auxílio estratégico e documental;
- Interface direta com clientes;
- Estudos relacionados à Convenção sobre Diversidade Biológica e a Meta 15 do Marco Global de Kunming-Montreal para a Biodiversidade.
