Role Overview Ignite Visibility is seeking a full‑time international Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team. The Senior Project Manager is a client‑facing role that oversees the entire life of digital projects across various marketing channels, from inception to launch and completion for franchise or multi‑location clients. Applicants must be willing to work PST business hours. Responsibilities Lead and deliver end‑to‑end digital marketing projects across SEO, paid media, website lifecycle, organic social, content, PR, and other digital marketing channels on time, on budget, and of high quality. Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned projects across franchise and multi‑location clients. Assist in the initial onboarding of new client projects and manage client expectations and strategies from inception to delivery. Set and prepare budgets, tools, scope, and timelines; ensure project profitability and efficiencies while utilizing agency resources. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, quality work and create deadlines and action items for every project team member. Oversee code development, testing, and project launch activities. Lead daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress, communicate regular status updates to external stakeholders, and obtain client approvals for estimates and change orders. Address bottlenecks, adjust timelines and deliverables, and resolve issues with team members individually. Review, analyze, and evaluate current operational processes, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary. Build and maintain relationships with department heads, account management teams, external partners, and vendors to support decision making. Schedule and participate in a weekly update meeting with the Director of Operations to discuss priorities, accomplishments, and hurdles. Use the company’s business management and communication platforms to keep stakeholders informed and projects well managed in accordance with deadlines. Perform ongoing professional development and stay on top of industry trends to remain cutting‑edge. Assist the sales team with presentations and proposal development and perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 6+ years of experience managing end‑to‑end digital marketing projects across multiple channels. Experience in franchise or multi‑location businesses and agency settings with a client‑facing role. Positive attitude and ability to motivate teams to meet project deadlines. Ability to manage cross‑disciplinary teams from strategy, design, content, and development phases. Knowledge of project management frameworks and demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Well‑developed English communication skills with clear, intentional, friendly written and verbal communication. Ability to forecast, benchmark, and analyze budgets from hour‑based and cost/profit perspectives. Proficiency with project management software such as Monday.com or similar systems. Excellent time‑management, organization, problem‑solving, strategic, and critical thinking skills. Comfortable leading internal and external meetings in English.
