Job Title : Tax Expert We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Expert to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise, business insight, and alignment with our corporate values. Responsibilities Manage tax litigation cases from administrative to judicial stages; Perform technical and strategic tax analyses, proposing solutions and reporting to leadership; Manage CND renewal processes, ensuring compliance with tax obligations; Monitor tax trends and rulings, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks; Share cases and best practices with internal legal teams and external partners. Required Skills and Qualifications Law degree and active OAB registration; Minimum 5 years of experience in tax law with a focus on litigation. Benefits Fluent English (mandatory); Certification or specialization in Tax Law is a plus. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tax litigation cases, performing technical and strategic tax analyses, and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
