As a Product Manage, you will be instrumental in shaping and managing the development of AI use cases from conception to delivery together with several product teams, while ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will work closely with development, marketing, and other central teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our company goals. As a leader, you will represent and be accountable for the work of your teams to internal and external stakeholders. You will work together with the development leads, product owners, product managers, and development operations colleagues in your team and other teams to create value for our customers from the first idea to a successful market entry, adoption, and beyond.Y**our tasks include**:P- artner with BTP Component Teams, Lines of Business (Concur, Ariba S/4HANA Cloud & Digital Supply Chain) product teams to shape a competitive and compelling business portfolio and technology landscape for SAP.B- uild successful partnerships with LoB Leads & the wider PM community to jointly shape the AppFND portfolio, harmonization of technology, roadmap and narrative for adoptionS- upport use case prioritization, staffing, commitments, and continuous overview of the development progress of new capabilities.C- onduct thorough business value analysis, collect feedback, and shape the product roadmap proactively.E- nsure quality standards are met for all functionality, including strong business value propositions, high quality product demos and proper evangelismP- itch our App Foundation portfolio and product deep dives to internal and external stakeholdersD- eliver executive-ready communication to senior leadership roles.W**HAT YOU BRING**D- emonstrated outstanding experience in product management of software products.S- trong advocate for Agile development processes with experience participating in well-run, agile processes in the role of Product Owner or Product Manager.P- ortfolio of shipped successful products to the market, measured by NPS, CSAT or metrics alike.P- roven ability to build and maintain successful partnerships, fostering a sense of community among diverse stakeholdersS- trong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting the job done.O- utstanding leadership skills, including a track record of delivering C-level presentationsS- trong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting the job doneP- roven track record in planning and executing complex product/service handovers;E- xperience in defining success KPIs for handovers, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining service quality throughout the processF- luent English language skills, spoken and written.B**ring out your best****We win with inclusion**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
