Business Intelligence Professional This is a career opportunity to bridge finance and technology, leveraging your knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with SAP system configuration expertise. Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of financial data flows, hierarchies, and consolidation logic within the context of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC). About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive system-driven financial accuracy and enhance our planning and reporting processes. Bridging Finance and Technology: Utilize your FP&A expertise to translate financial requirements into effective SAP system configurations for planning, reporting, and forecasting. System-Driven Financial Accuracy: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to address financial data issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Financial Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of P&L drivers, budgeting logic, and variance analysis to validate system outputs and ensure financial integrity in reporting. Root-Cause Resolution Capability: Develop and implement strategies to reverse-engineer financial reports with data issues, determine problem sources, and coordinate fixes. Sustained System Enhancement & Governance: Improve SAP-based planning and reporting processes by understanding system limitations and financial controls within FP&A. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SAP BPC configurations for planning, reporting, and forecasting. Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial data issues and implement corrective actions. Design and implement process improvements to enhance system-driven financial accuracy. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A with a focus on SAP system configuration and data analysis. Strong understanding of financial data flows, hierarchies, and consolidation logic within SAP BPC. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
