To improve our organization and to support the future growth and success of Danfoss, we are looking for a Plant Controller with a keen interest to become a pro-active partner for our business in all controlling matters. This job offers a wide range of interesting and exciting project work, tasks, and responsibilities in an international environment. This position is located in Caxias do Sul/RS.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- In this role you will lead the monthly reporting ensuring correct reporting of consolidated figures.
- You will perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for our leadership team and will provide the organization with meaningful and relevant business information.
- You will be responsible for calculating, reviewing, analyzing, and continuously improving KPIs and give appropriate recommendations to the business.
- You will plan investments and align these across the business while following up monthly.
- You will represent finance in projects such as new product developments and productivity improvements
- You will participate and lead business cases.
- Responsible for leading the yearly budget process.
**Background & Skills**:
- Bachelor degree in finance/controlling or similar, as well as a minimum of 5+ years of relevant leadership and controlling experience working in a company is required.
- Outstanding communication and collaborative skills together with the ability to guide, influence and convince others with empathy.
- Teamwork abilities
- Advanced English Language is required.
- Highly motivated by improving performance, well organized and efficient.
- Leadership and people management skills
