Accounting Supervisor: A Key Role in Financial Management About the Job We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with international standards. This role is responsible for managing the accounting function, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions. Supervise accounting activities to ensure adherence to Brazilian GAAP and IFRS. Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and management reports. Ensure effective internal controls and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of accountants and ensure their development and growth. Provide leadership and support in audits and financial reporting processes. Implement and maintain ERP systems, such as SAP. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Active registration with the relevant professional body. Fluent English (spoken and written). Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment. Advanced knowledge of accounting standards (BRGAAP and IFRS). Strong leadership and team management skills. Benefits We offer a competitive package, including: Health and dental insurance.
