The Associate Creative Director, Art Director within IBM Blue Studio serves as a creative leader for the company.
This individual will develop and execute innovative creative concepts with a clear passion and expertise in art direction, inspiring others through their creativity, strategic thinking, and work ethic.
The ACD, Art Director will own day-to-day responsibilities from conceptual stage through execution, working alongside a copywriter to achieve creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a strong advocate for creative excellence
- Create innovative concepts tied back to the creative brief
- Present ideas and projects to teammates
- Concept and present proactive ideas
- Be open to feedback
- Communicate and collaborate effectively
- Align creative ideas with brand objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking
- Digital trends, social platforms, innovation, and technology knowledge
