Job Title: Senior Radio Frequency Engineer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for monitoring system operation status, recording core system indicators, and handling anomalies according to standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radio frequency engineering, with experience in system operation status monitoring, fault handling, and technical support. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. System Operation Status Monitoring Regularly record core system operation indicators through the web page (user online status, system availability, etc.) Handle anomalies according to SOP Escalate unresolved issues to senior RF engineers or platform engineers Base Station Status Inspection and Fault Handling Use automated inspection tools to check faulty base stations Send daily fault list to experts via email Perform initial handling according to SOP for reported faults Escalate unresolved faults to senior RF engineers Technical Support Respond to technical support requests from specialists and users within 30 minutes Ability Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or above education At least one year of experience in customer service, after-sales, technical support, or related fields English reading and writing skills Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, email) Preferred: work experience in software operations and maintenance
