About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional with expertise in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and developing local strategies to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Operational Excellence: Directly impact key operational KPIs such as Service Level Agreement (SLA), cost-per-order, and fleet utilization.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals to execute and monitor on-ground operations, driving efficiency and productivity.
  3. Local Strategy Ownership: Develop and implement city-level operational playbooks, incentive schemes, and engagement models to drive business growth.
  4. On-ground Execution: Serve as the core link between central operations and 3PL/freelancer partners, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Your Expertise

You will be working closely with our central operations team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.
