Sourcer / Recruiter Assistant

Join Our Team as a Sourcer at Globy (Entry - mid level)

Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time

Experience:

• Experience working with LinkedIn or any other Social Media (it can be sales, recruitment, or personal activities)
• Advanced/Fluent Enlglish Level
• Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Great attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability

Activities:

• Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
• Sourcing for new candidates on Social Media (LinkedIn, Angel List, GitHub)
• Searching for candidates’ contact details (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
• Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates
• Prepare and post job ads online
• Helping with initial applicant screening
• Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
• Maintain candidate database
• Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
