Job Description

  • Identify business opportunities within assigned accounts to provide solutions and services.
  • Manage strategic accounts and develop strategies for success.
  • Maintain and increase sales in your segment and assigned accounts.
  • Understand and offer comprehensive solutions based on client needs.
  • Keep updated on Vertiv's product and service portfolio.
  • Maintain and update the CRM platform regularly.
  • Visit clients to promote and sell new products and services.
  • Monitor sales goals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Stay informed about market solutions relevant to client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with client agreements and aim to increase sales.
  • Prepare management reports and initial business plans.
  • Consolidate information for project execution and future demand planning.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to meet client needs.
  • Develop and monitor business and project developments.
  • Act as an intermediary to clarify client requirements.
  • Maintain close client relationships to position Vertiv as their first choice.
  • Address client needs promptly through internal coordination.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 7 years of field sales experience.
  • Technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical and thermal solutions.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools like Outlook, Teams, Zoom.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
